Ingredients:

  • Chobani Yogurt (Regular, 2%, or Flips, 5.3 oz)
  • Fresh California Strawberries
  • Extra Large Seedless Grapes (Imported, Red or White)
  • Granola (optional)
  • Honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fruit:
    • Wash the strawberries and grapes thoroughly.
    • Hull and slice the strawberries.
    • Halve the grapes.
  2. Layer the Parfait:
    • In a parfait glass or a bowl, add a layer of Chobani yogurt.
    • Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
    • Add another layer of Chobani yogurt.
    • Add a layer of halved grapes.
  3. Repeat Layers:
    • Continue layering the yogurt, strawberries, and grapes until the glass or bowl is filled.
    • End with a layer of yogurt on top.
  4. Add Toppings:
    • Sprinkle granola on top of the final yogurt layer for added crunch.
    • Drizzle with honey if desired for additional sweetness.
  5. Serve:
    • Serve immediately for a fresh and healthy breakfast or snack.
    • Alternatively, cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

Tips:

  • For a more varied parfait, consider adding other fresh fruits like blueberries or peaches.
  • Use flavored Chobani yogurt to add a different taste dimension to your parfait.
  • Layering in a clear glass will showcase the beautiful layers of fruit and yogurt.
