  • 2 cups New Crop California Extra Large Green, Black, or Red Seedless Grapes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup Planet Oat Oat Milk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mixed greens or lettuce leaves for serving

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Cook the Chicken:
