Elevate your game day snacks or family movie night with these Pulled Pork Nachos with Cheese and BBQ Sauce! This crowd-pleaser is made with tender, slow-cooked pork spareribs, generously topped with melted cheese and a tangy BBQ sauce. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a deliciously cheesy and savory dish using ingredients available at your local Piggly Wiggly in Birmingham.
Ingredients:

- 2 lbs Fresh Frozen Small Pork Spareribs
- 1 cup Kraft BBQ Sauce (assorted, 17.5-18 oz.)
- 2 cups Borden’s Chunk or Shredded Cheese (assorted, 6-12 oz.)
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- Sour cream and guacamole, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Pork Spareribs:

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Place the fresh frozen small pork spareribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper or your favorite dry rub if desired. Cover the ribs tightly with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.
Step 2: Shred the Pork:

Remove the spareribs from the oven and let them cool slightly. Using two forks, shred the meat from the bones and discard any excess fat. Place the shredded pork in a bowl and mix with 1/2 cup of Kraft BBQ Sauce. Set aside.
Step 3: Assemble the Nachos:

Increase the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C). On a large baking sheet, spread a layer of tortilla chips. Top with half of the shredded pork mixture, followed by a generous sprinkle of Borden’s shredded cheese. Add another layer of chips and repeat with the remaining pork and cheese.
Step 4: Bake the Nachos:

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and drizzle with the remaining 1/2 cup of Kraft BBQ Sauce.
Step 5: Add Toppings:

Garnish your nachos with chopped onions, sliced jalapeños, fresh cilantro, and any other desired toppings. Serve immediately with sour cream and guacamole on the side.
